(i) To issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ or writs, direction or directions, commanding upon the Respondents to remove the encroachment made by Respondent No. 7 namely Mahendra Sah over Khesra No. 726 of Khata No. 127, situated in Village- Banki Tikam, P.S. &

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Madhuban, District-East Champaran at Motihari, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
