2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 710 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2022 and has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
