2. The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 09.01.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14138 of 2008.
3. Learned counsel for the State has filed a showcause stating therein that the order has been complied with.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit stating that, although the petitioner has received a certain amount, he has not been provided with the
Patna High Court MJC No.3175 of 2025(7) dt.01-05-2026 2/2 calculation chart, which indicates that the amount paid is less than what he was entitled to receive.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts, the present contempt petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach Opposite Party No. 2, who shall provide the calculation chart to the petitioner within a period of four weeks. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Suruchi/- U
