JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 The learned counsel for the respective parties are in agreement that the present case can be disposed of in light of the order dated 08.11.2017 passed in MJC No. 215 of 2007. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order dated 08.11.2017 passed in MJC No. 215 of 2007, operating portion whereof is produced herein below:- "Now, in view of the aforesaid order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 31.08.2017 in C.A. No. 002703 of 2017 some of the applicants may be entitled to some benefits and some of the applicants may not be entitled to any benefit.

Be it as it may, the rights, liabilities and the benefit available to the parties before me in these contempt applications is now required to be worked afresh in the light of the order passed by the Supreme Court and, therefore, no further action is required to be taken in these contempt applications, instead, parties are granted liberty take note of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, evaluate the rights and liabilities available to them and raise their

Patna High Court MJC No.5155 of 2012 (9) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 respective claim or ventilate their grievance afresh in accordance with law by approaching the appropriate forum as may be permissible under law.

With the aforesaid liberty to the parties, for the present, finding no case made out for making any further indulgence in these proceedings, all these contempt applications stand disposed of."

The present contempt petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
