The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil (Khagaria) P.S. Case No. 08 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 386 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that while petitioner is named in the F.I.R. along with Ajay Singh, Sujay Singh and 3-4 unknown but specific allegation of causing injury through firearm at the brother of the informant is against Sujay Singh. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.23145 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Muffasil (Khagaria) P.S. Case No. 08 of 2017. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
