2. The petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2022 in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 465/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that there is delay of six months in lodging of the F.I.R. He further submits that from the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Special Court, POCSO Act, Buxar in connection with Muffasil P.S.
