Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No.913 of 2022 dated 20.11.2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 399, 402, 413, 414/34 of the IPC and sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
