2. The application has been filed for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their willful defiance of the order of this Court dated 21.11.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2072 of 2021.

3. A show-cause affidavit has been filed on behalf of the O.P. No.2 with a categorical averment that the claim of the petitioner as projected through her representation was duly considered by the respondent no.2 and after considering the same, a reasoned and speaking order under Memo No.6314 dated 12.06.2025 has been passed. It is submitted that all the pre and post retiral dues as well as difference of arrears have been

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that calculation with respect to the arrears of pre and post retiral benefits under Memo No.6314 dated 12.06.2025 appears to be not correct and yet there are some dues, which have not been paid till date.

5. Considering the submissions advanced and the averments made in the show-cause affidavit as well as the order as contained in Memo No.6314 dated 12.06.2025, this Court does not find any reason or occasion to continue with the contempt proceeding. Accordingly the same stands closed.

6. However, if the petitioner is not satisfied with the calculation or still she has any grievance, she may approach before the concerned authorities, who shall look into the matter. (Harish Kumar, J) rohit/- U
