2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 285 of 2023, registered for the offences under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. The petitioner along with other accused was planning a loot. The criminals were arrested and three cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 19.05.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 285 of 2023.
6. The petitioner will visit Muffasil (Lakho O.P.) Police Station on the first and third Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
