2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities to enquire against the respondent no. 9 and 10 as they have falsely implicated the petitioner in Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 300 of 2024.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has also moved approached the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna vide representation dated 05.06.2024.

In these circumstances this application is disposed off with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose off the same, in accordance with law. If he finds substance in the allegations levelled by the petitioner, who is an accused in this case then appropriate direction may be passed by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna with regard to the same.
