Smt. Binita Singh- SC28 For the University : Mr. Md. Nadim Seraj ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 Heard both sides.

The grievance of the petitioners in all the three writ petitions is that their date of entitlement to be treated as Lecturer in Economics, Lecturer in Hindi and Lecturer in Economics in C.W.J.C. No.7590 of 2017, C.W.J.C. No.7609 of 2017 and C.W.J.C. No.7737 of 2017 respectively in the services of the University have been shifted from 02.11.1982 to 31.08.1985, 02.11.1982 to 31.08.1985 and 08.02.1983 to 31.08.1985 respectively.

The University in its counter-affidavit admitted the facts by wrongly shifting the date of entitlement of the petitioners and the matter is referred to Syndicate but the matter has not been placed before the Syndicate.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7590 of 2017(4) dt.22-01-2020 3/3 Considering the fact that since the University has already come to a decision that the shifting of the dates of entitlement of the petitioners as Lecturers have wrongly been made, the respondents are directed to place the matter before the meeting of the Syndicate within four months so that necessary orders may be passed in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid direction, all the three writ petitions are disposed of.
