JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 9.8.2019 on the accusation that 28.280 litres liquor was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal history.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66204 of 2019(2) dt.22-10-2019 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II - cum - Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 150/2019.
