Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 430 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 379, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution, the informant alleged that this petitioner and co-accused persons got a piece of land registered in their favour through forged document while the said land belonged to the informant.
The main submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner are that there is a land dispute between both the parties, the land in question was transferred in favour of this petitioner and co-accused persons and the said co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-

No. 65679 of 2022 and co-accused Anutha Singh who transferred the land through the sale deed in question has also been granted bail and the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 23.06.2022 having fair and clean antecedent and the present matter is a purely civil wrong.
Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer, but fairly accepted that the matter relates to a civil wrong.
Considering the aforesaid facts and mainly the privilege of anticipatory bail granted to four similarly situated co-accused persons by a co-ordinate bench of this court as mentioned above, in the opinion of this court, the petitioner deserves to a lenient approach of this court. Accordingly, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 430 of 2021.
