1. Heard the parties.

2. The present application has been filed for restoration of MJC No. 2213 of 2025, which got dismissed due to non compliance of peremptory order dated 18.07.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to mistake on the part of his Clerk, the aforesaid peremptory order could not be complied and the petition stood dismissed.

4. For the reasons stated in this application, the same is allowed and the connected case bearing MJC No. 2213 of 2025
