2. This petition has been filed for issuance of appropriate modification / direction to the Court below for accepting the bail-bond, pursuant to order passed by this Court on 07.08.2024 in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1304 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant submits that Court below refused to accept the bail-bond, as petitioner submitted Voter I-Card, as proof of identity and address.

4. In view of aforesaid facts & circumstances, learned Court below is directed to accept the Voter I-Card of petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71584 of 2024(2) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 as proof of identity and further six weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner/appellant to surrender and furnish bailbond before the concerned Court where the case is pending.

5. Accordingly, with aforesaid direction, said order passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1304 of 2024 is modified to the above extent.

6. This petition is, accordingly, allowed.
