The petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2019 in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 169/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature and he has no criminal antecedents.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Vth, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Bikram
