JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-05-2023 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 03 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other co-accuseds snatched Rs. 4,00,000/- from the informant and shot him by fire arm which hit the informant on the back of his shoulder.

The petitioner is having criminal antecedents in the same Police Station and Rs. 21,000/- has been recovered from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66206 of 2022(5) dt.22-05-2023 2/2 the possession of the petitioner.

In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
