2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 87 of 2025, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 318(2), 28(4), 319(2), 336(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66/66(D) of I.T. Act.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the police got an information that mobile no. 8945953131 was being used in cyber fraud and on the basis of tower location when the police reached the place of occurrence, the accused person tried to flee but was arrested and seized his mobile phone. It is further alleged that QR code and Bank details related to Bajaj finance were also found.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the alleged mobile number does not belong to the petitioner. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioner neither committed forgery, nor cheated anyone. The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2025 and has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 87 of 2025.
