JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 This case has been listed under the heading "For Orders" on the basis of the Bench Slip, as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners, flagged at 'B', for modification of the order dated 15.10.2019 passed by this Court in this case.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while this application relates to Complaint Case No.1310C of 2007 but, inadvertently, in paragraph no.2 and the last paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 15.10.2019 passed by this Court in this case, in place of 'Complaint Case No.1310C of 2007', the same has been typed as 'Complaint Case No.1310C of 2017'.

No.61362 of 2019(3) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for modification of the aforesaid order dated 15.10.2019 passed by this Court in this case in this regard. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, in the second and the last paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 15.10.2019 passed by this Court in this case, 'Complaint Case No.1310C of 2017', it be read as 'Complaint Case No.1310C of 2007'.

The order dated 15.10.2019 passed by this Court in this case is modified to the aforesaid extent only. Let this order be communicated to the court of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jamui, in connection with Complaint Case No.1310C of 2007 for needful.
