2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323 , 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act and 3 (2)(va) of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that this petitioner took informant to his house and touched her private parts with wrong intention . The victim in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69996 of 2024(3) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 has supported the prosecution case . The Court below has assessed the age of the victim as 11 years.

4. Considering the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
