2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 96, 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution in short is that minor daughter of the informant was being kidnapped for illegal purposes by the petitioner and others. During course of investigation the victim has given her statement under section 183 of the B.N.S.S. wherein she has stated that on 19.03.2025 she went out of her house in anger to her aunt, Shradha Kumari who resides at Mahnar. She has further stated that as she was beaten by her parents she had left her house in anger.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66253 of 2025(3) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 perusal of the statement of the victim, it is clear that she has not alleged anything against the petitioner. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 15.04.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, XV, Vaishali.
