From the allegations contained, we find that the marriage had taken place way-back in the year 2016. It is the allegation of the petitioner that his wife is being kept in the unlawful custody of her parents.

There is no reason for us to entertain this petition, keeping in view the background and the facts of the case without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for restitution of conjugal rights, the petition stands disposed off.
