2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 379, 498A, 406, 506/34 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and the cognizance has been taken under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is based on complaint petition is that the complainant was married to the petitioner on 29.06.2011. At the time of marriage, sufficient gift was provided. It is further alleged that the petitioner subjected her to cruelty on account of non-fulfillment of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant with full dignity and honour. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since the case has travelled to the Magistrate.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 12 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur.
