2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be grand father-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioner is aged about 75 years and is suffering several ailments. No specific overt act has been alleged against him. Petitioner is separate in mess and business from the family of husband of the deceased.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on
