This writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no.4, the District Provident Fund Officer, Bhagalpur and the same shall be disposed of by speaking order in accordance with law. However, if any admissible dues is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within a period of four weeks thereafter.
