Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Nagar P.S.Case No. 191 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 448, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 379, 307 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State has submitted that process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. has already been completed against the petitioner, as such this application is not maintainable.

Heard both sides.

In view of facts and circumstances, let petitioner surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this
