The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.174 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is omnibus and general allegation of assault against five accused persons as also that there is a case and counter case and injuries found on the person of the informant were simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below, the petitioners, namely, Suresh
