2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 501 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner along with other co-accused persons is that they assaulted the informant. The informant has sustained simple injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity and dispute. The petitioner is in jail since 28.08.2023. Learned counsel further submits that similarly co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 501 of 2023.
