This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 30, 30(A) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From a truck, liquor was allegedly recovered and on the confessional statement of the driver of the truck, name of the petitioner transpired. The petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 5 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Saran at Chapra, or successor Court.
