1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to implead the Inspector General, Registration, Bihar, Patna as party respondent no.05 to the present petition. Permission so sought is granted. Needful be done during the course of the day.

2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "(i) For commanding the respondents to refund the registration amount of Rs. 1,90,550/- (Rupees one lac ninety thousand five hundred fifty only) deposited vide GRN no. BHR 201803118133N, for registration of a sale deed at the office of the Sub Registrar, Gopalganj,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14886 of 2023(6) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 which could not be utilized by the depositor due to personal reason, in light of rule 104 of the Bihar Finance code."

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the newly added respondent no.05 i.e. the Inspector General, Registration, Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate petition. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needful to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the Inspector General, Registration, Bihar, Patna shall consider the same, in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
