This is a case registered under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a /26/35 of the Arms Act.

From the record, it transpires that the charge-sheet has been submitted against other four co-accused persons, who were arrested at the spot. No recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner and he stated that there is no criminal antecedent. The case mentioned in paragraph-3 of the petition is a subsequent case bearing Jhajha P.S.Case No. 07 of 2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25180 of 2017 (2) dt.30-05-2017 2/2 bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S.
