In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Etarhi P.S. Case No.63 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 342, 332, 353, 336, 290, 136, 187, 189 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
As per the F.I.R., the Fire Brigade vehicle coming from Dhansoi has dashed one Motilal Yadav, whereupon the people surrounded and started assaulting the driver of the vehicle and 40-50 students came there and blocked the road. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Looking to the nature of allegation and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, Chandan Singh @ Chandan Kumar Singh and Gunjan Singh @ Gunjan Kumar Singh be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Etarhi P.S. Case No.63 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
