2. In compliance of order dated 02.07.2024, the Staterespondent has filed counter affidavit stating therein that L.A.Case No.04 of 2009-10 is still pending for consideration before the learned court of Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Patna under Section 77 of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013 for deciding the title of the land in question in LA.Case No.04 of 2009-10 and the records of the said case have already sent to the learned court of Land

Patna High Court CWJC No.14584 of 2023(4) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Patna under Section 77 of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013.

In view of the stand taken by the State-respondents, this writ application stands disposed of with direction to the learned court of Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Patna to dispose of the LA.Case No.04 of 2009-10 after hearing the parties and dispose of within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and petitioner is directed to file an affidavit, if so advised.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
