JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 24-04-2023 In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "1 (I). To direct the respondent authorities, specially respondent no.4 Telecom District Manager, BSNL, Motihari, as to make payment of Rs. 8,16,076.00 to the petitioner, towards payment of monthly remuneration of the Security Guards, provided by the petitioner to the respondent no.4.
(II) To grant any other relief or reliefs which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
2. Perusal of Para 8 of the counter counter affidavit it
Patna High Court CWJC No.7707 of 2017(3) dt.24-04-2023 2/2 is evident that grievance of the petitioner has been settled to some extent.
3. Para 8 of the counter affidavit reads as under:- "8. That, the deponent further humbly states and submits that in reply to the statement made in paragraph no. 9, it is an admitted fact by the petitioner in paragraph-9 of the writ application that the bill for the month of November, 2016 has already been passed by the Telecom Manager, BSNL, Motihari. Now only the bill for the month of December, 2016 is pending which is also under process for passing and remuneration of petitioner shall be made as early as possible."
4. If there are any remaining dues of the petitioner, he is at liberty to approach the concerned authority while making a detailed representation and the same shall be considered by the competent authority.
5. With the above observations, present writ petition stands disposed of.
