2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions, directing the Respondents to appoint the petitioners on the post of Karyalay Parichari, even though petitioners passed examination conducted by Respondent No.8 for the post of Karyalay

Patna High Court CWJC No.15011 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 Parichari and document has already been verified, the examination conducted under advertisement dated 31.03.2023 (Annexure-P-2) Advertised as one time measure, in light of several orders passed by this Hon'ble Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will file a representation before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Samastipur for redressal of their grievances.

4. In view of the above, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file a representation before the Magistrate-cum-Collector, Samastipur for redressal of their grievances within four weeks from today.

5. If any such representation is filed before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Samastipur, by the petitioners, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Samastipur, within eight weeks of its filing in accordance with the law by a speaking order.
