JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Navinagar P.S. Case No. 188/2016, registered for offences punishable under Section 30(A) of Bihar Excise Act. It appears that earlier petitioners' application for grant of regular bail was rejected by this court vide order dated 22.02.2017, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 7837 of 2017 with observation that petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after completion of six months in judicial custody. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have now already remained in custody for more than six months and are ready to abide by any condition imposed on them for grant of bail and they will cooperate in disposal of trial.

Having heard both sides, in view of the order dated 22.02.2017, vide which the petitioners were directed to renew his prayer for bail after completion of six months in judicial custody and since the petitioners have now remained in judicial custody for more than six months, as such, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Navinagar P.S. Case No. 188 of 2016, subject to the following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
(ii) The petitioners will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
(iii) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court and on the event of failure on their part to appear before the court below on two
