Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Purshotampur P.S.Case No. 60 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is that there was demand of Rs.30 lakhs by Mobile No. 7765028877 and petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpires during investigation in confessional statements of co-accused Moinuddin, Sandeep and Farman and petitioner is brother of Farman.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Heard learned APP also.

No.44673 of 2018 (3) dt.28-08-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Wast Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Purshotampur P.S.Case No. 60 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
