JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-09-2024 This is an application for quashing of the F.I.R. of Delha P.S. Case No. 206 of 2023 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 406, 420, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners; Shri Anshul prays for withdrawing this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69188 of 2024(2) dt.24-09-2024 2/2 with liberty to the petitioners to file a representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya containing all their defence.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioners.

5. If any such representation is filed before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya, the same shall be considered by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya or any other officer dealing / investigating the case in accordance with law before taking a final decision of the allegations levelled against the petitioners.
