Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No.182 of 2023 dated 23.07.2023, registered for the offence punishable under sections 272/273 of the IPC and section 30(a)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court (Second) - cum- Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application, considering this fact that the petitioner is a female, aged about 65 years.
