Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ballia Ps Case No.162 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 302, 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioner happens to be Gotani of the deceased and the case is of dowry death as well as under Section 302 of the IPC, the petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on her name transpired during the course of investigation.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and several accused persons are named in the FIR.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60790 of 2019(4) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the death is due to strangulation. .

Having heard both sides and considering that there is no specific allegation attributed against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the2019 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S.case No.162 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
