JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 18-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Instant prosecution has been launched at the behest of Forest Officials on account of killing of deer. The complain has been filed annexing statement of the witnesses and from the order impugned, it is evident that irrespective of the fact that none of the prosecution witnesses had identified the petitioner, the learned lower Court took cognizance of an offence and summoned the petitioner to face the trial.

That being so, petitioner, Raju Yadav is directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr.
