The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Phulpras P.S. Case No. 288 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused namely, Suresh Prasad has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 45082 of 2016.

Taking the same into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26235 of 2017 (3) dt.17-07-2017 2/2 released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.- II, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulpras P.S. Case No. 288 of 2015 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
