2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-406, 420, 120(A), 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to allegation, the petitioner took money from the informant at the pretext of selling his land.
4. In order to explore the possibility of amicable settlement, the matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72124 of 2024(5) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 that in the mediation, the parties have settled their dispute amicably with the terms and conditions which has been attached with the record.
6. From perusal of terms and conditions annexed with the Mediation Report, it appears that the parties have settled their dispute in terms and conditions as mentioned in the report of mediator dated 29-08-2025.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks before the court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
