The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 61.92 liters of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 30.07.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on
