2. In this case, the petitioner has raised a grievance that the Aahar (water channel) appertaining to Khesra no.1024, Khata no. 149, Mauza-Kori in the district of Rohtas, has been encroached upon by altogether 81 persons, thereby obstructed the irrigational facility.

3. The report of Halka Karamchari (Annexure-3) itself shows that he himself examined the matter and found, certain persons attached with the report, are encroacher of the aforesaid

4. Let the Circle Officer, Dinara initiate a proceeding of encroachment under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act and after giving notice to them and on hearing if it is found that there is an encroachment over the aforesaid land, the same should be removed within a period of six months and thereafter, an action report should be submitted for perusal of this Court.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this petition is disposed of.
