ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 21.12.2011 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in Phulwari P.S. Case No. 3 of 2008.

Since the Petitioner seeks quashing on questions of facts which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr. P.C., the application stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Phulwari P.S. Case No. 3 of 2008, to the
