Petitioner is accused in connection with Hiranmar P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court on 08.07.2019 vide Cr. Misc. No. 28570 of 2019 (Annexure-1) with observation that liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Charge has already been framed (Annexure-2).

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
