The present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order taking cognizance dated 06.10.2015 passed in Munger Mahila Case No.01 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 211 of 2015, by learned A.C.J.M., III, Munger under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It has been informed by learned District Court vide Letter dated 29.08.2025 that the case record has been disposed off as Acquitted on contest on 28.08.2019 in connection with Munger Mahila Case No.01 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 211 of 2015.
4. In view of the above, the present quashing application stands consigned.
