It is admitted at the Bar that the order which has been alleged to have been violated was based on a Division Bench order of the Court passed in L.P.A. No. 831 of 2009 and analogous cases and for the alleged contempt of the said order the parties had preferred M.J.C. No. 871 of 2012 and other analogous cases which has since been dismissed by order dated 21.08.2014. In view of the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed off.
