This writ application was filed in respect of Madhyama Examination, which was going to be conducted in the year 2017 by the Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board. Aggrieved by a requirement in a notice issued by the Board, dated 03.02.2017, this writ application was filed. Since the examination is over, this writ application, in my view, has become infructuous.
The petitioners shall, however, be at liberty to pursue their matters, in accordance with law for subsequent examination. This application is disposed of.
